: Location - the hotel is in the heart of the Gothic Quarter with so many great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Friendly staffGreat rooftop, perfect to cool down after a day of exploring.Check out at midday
: The swimming pool attracts a lot of pigeons. We were up there every day of our stay and they were actually in the pool on a number of occasions which is a little unhygienic!I'd prefer to be able to control the temperature of the room myself - it's centralised so every room is the same temperature (everyone likes to sleep at a different temperature) one night was very hot.The pillows weren't the most comfortable, they're very long and thin.Only one side of the bed had a charging port. This isn't the hotels fault but be cautious of pickpockets who operate right outside the hotel - a fellow guest got her phone stolen within half an hour of arriving as soon as she stepped out of the hotel

: Excellent location for the areas that we wanted to visit. In the gothic area and close to la ramblas. About 25 mins walk to the beach. Well stocked breakfast with a good range of products. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
: No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but we were provided a kettle and plastic beakers on asking.

Very Good

: The staff were lovely, hotel was clean and its was a great location to explore the city.
: Pool more of a ‘plunge’ pool but still lovely and clean.

: Supposed to be payment on arrival, however one nights payment was taken from my credit card several days before and without warning. As I booked 3 rooms taking this amount without warning is not acceptable!!!Power cut on day we were checking out and some of our party were stuck in the lift. There was no offer from staff to help bring bags down several flights of stairs.

: The location and felt it was value for money. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They also made us great coffee in the morning.
: The swimming pool was a bit small.
