Apartment familiar

: Great position, nice safe complex with pool, although no pool chairs? Nice balcony area. The actual apartment would be nice if it was clean and in rentable condition. Doorman was lovely but dont trust host.
: Apartment was extremely dirty as seen in photos. Hole in wall from electrical fire.Broken drawers in bedroom. Unethical host offering to refund cleaning fee for a good review after I complained. Apt shouldnt be rented out in condition it was. Host offered to come and reclean but even then I still had to buy cleaning products to clean filthy powerpoint/lightswitches and rewash all cutlery and crockery.

: The hosts were lovely and accommodating, the location is great with excellent links and a local park, we didnt use the pool but it looked great, we ran out of time!
: Minor things such as the shower control and leaky sink in the second bathroom, but generally everything was clean and tidy.

: Great location that gave you a feel for living like a local in Barcelona. Excellent transport links. Loved the pool and the balcony. Grateful that the host waited for us til 11pm after our flight was delayed.
: The apartment is filthy. Kitchen especially - oven and microwave both disgusting. Some cutlery and appliances not clean. Dog hair all over the rug, and in general not vaccuumed. Mould in shower. A lot of stuff everywhere e.g. plastic flowers that havent been moved and dusted. You pay a cleaning fee for this apartment so this is unacceptable. Maintenance: Knob on ensuite shower not working so unusable. Floor board lifting in hallway, which is a trip hazard. Wooden frame for the bed in an already small bedroom such a bad idea - constantly catching our legs on the corner of frame as tried to get around the small space between bed and wall. All this prompted us to check whether this apartment is registered, which is now a legal requirement to ensure tourist accommodation meets standards and to help with Barcelonas accommodation issues. I would have thought booking.com would list only registered accommodation but when we checked (https://meet.barcelona.cat/habitatgesturistics/en) it appears this apartment is unlicensed, and travellers should be aware of this. Also very uncomfortable that on arrival the host tried to get us to cancel our booking, which she said she would then agree to waive the cancellation fee, so we could pay her direct to save us money. She of course would then have the benefit of not paying the booking.com commission. Not honest. Also there was a Saturday night concert at the public park next door, which started just before midnight and was still going at 4am. Love the Barcelona party vibe even in a neighbourhood park! But not ideal for us as travelling for work and there was no sleeping through it - think full concert volume. All in all such a shame because if the host spent some money on a deep clean and fixed the maintenance issues, this would be a great place to stay as the location, building and pool are great.

  : Nothing at all
: Bloody expensive apartment, but I was pushed to book there because I was quite late in booking search,I am sure you can find same apartment but much cheaper, small example most apartment they charge not more then 40 or 50 euros for cleaning and they charge 80 euros.its not in the center so there us no reason at all to make it soooo expensive.

Very Good

: separate bedrooms and bathrooms with fully stacked kitchen
: The kitchen floor was not clean, had small bugs in the back corner; the oven was nasty, has not been cleaned in ages. The table cloth in the living room had spots on it, I dont think it was washed before we arrived.
