: I recommend this apartment to everyone! The host received us kindly and the apartment is fully equipped. First of all it is very new and clean. In addition, it has good airconditioning which was very nice with the heat outside. The apartment has two bathrooms which are also very new and clean. It is very spacious and worth the money. Also, the location is amazing. Within 10 minutes you are at the beach and la Rambla is also within walking distance. In short: highly recommended!
: Maybe several bathtowels can be provided for longer stays instead of one.

: Location was close to old port and close to metro. Shopping and esting places were all readily available
: The lift was very old and rickety. Many stairs to negotiate. Clothes drier was broken and radiators didnt work. Other heaters were available.

: well set-up for 2 couples, with ensuite bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment and plenty of comfortable furniture in the lounge.
: the noise from the major road out front, but the bedrooms are at the back so quiet.

: Good location
: Was told that construction on the balcony would be completed for sure as we were going to change our booking !We were assured in writing that we would not have to deal with construction ( noise and debris ) blocked view and no access to the balcony which was the main reason we chose this property over other options . Manuel offered us a discount in order to stay as John ( caretaker ) said we could cancel and get a full refund but we chose to stay as we were already loaded with luggage and nowhere to go ! Manuel said the scaffolding would mostly likely be taken down the day we arrived which was not true !I have requested our credit several times with no response , very disappointed and want booking . Com to investigate and I have plenty of communications and pictures to support my claim !

: Super location for both the old city and the marina/beach. The flat is very spacious and comfortable, as well as quiet despite being on a busy street.
: Not a thing! Was initially concerned that the tour bus pick up/drop off point was outside the building but was actually quite fun sitting on the balcony people watching! The cupboard door for the washer needs to be fixed!
