: The apartment was spacious enough for the three of us and quite comfortable. It had a washing machine and dryer which was very handy. The apartment itself was centrally located, just a short walk to the metro station, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hosts were extremely helpful, and very responsive when we had a few minor issues.
: The furnishings, although serviceable, were a little worn and could use a refresh. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

: One of the worst experiences with booking an appartment. After making a reservation on Booking they will require you to give them all the information about you and to pay a deposit (300 EUR) on their own website, whose security level you can't know. It took ages to type everything that was required and we were in front of the building while it was raining. They didn't want to let us in before we complete everything. On top of that, there are no keys, but you need to use an app for unlocking doors (3 of them). When you get into the building you have no idea which appartment is yours, so we accidentally woke up a guy at 11pm because we thought it is our appartment.
