  : The location
  : The communication process with the host was terrible. No one answering at the phone even the emergency number. I have to wait until 30min after the checking-in time to get a direct contact. Booking assistant also tried to called them without success. Didn't even want to apology, they pretend that they tried to call me back and that my phone was not working, what was a lie. We booked twin bed but we received a double bed that they had to change it. Some places was dirty and they had to come clean it. But the worst: The flat is super super noisy. You can hear perfectly the conversations fo the rooms next door. The street is particularly loud even early in the morning. I honestly cannot sleep and I usually have a strong sleep. A succession of disappointment including the booking team management of the initial problem.

  : This was a terrible stay, AinB didn't communicate until the day we arrived, they said we were relocated to a small room with no aircon because of flooding. I don't believe this was true, both AinB and Booking,com would not provide any help. We could have been relocated into a nice room but had trouble with locks, the room was dingy and aircon wasn't working. It ruined our stay in Barcelona for the first time. I would not trust this provider, this has happened before and should be removed from Booking.com.

  : The room has a wonderful original Spanish vibe. We loved the location and the fantastic bars and restaurants in the area. The electronic access worked really well...

  : It had a good proximity to center city but I didnt realize how noisy and difficult it was to maneuver. It was especially difficult understanding instructions because booking sent different ones then the emails I directly received.
  : The difference of instruction to enter, lack of direction to what all needed to be done to enter multiple doors, I was given multiple property locations via email and booking.com. When I did call the property number it never went through. I luckily got let in and shown the ropes by other tenants and otherwise would have not been good. When I finally got in, the toilet was running non-stop, outside was constantly loud, and the a/c was out. When I emailed the property the first full day I was there, it took them until the night before I left to respond. So not responsive. Id not recommend or book again.

  : Perfect location although noisy
  : The bed the pillows, I had two twin mattresses pushed together and the crack in the middle was unbearable. The mattress was hard, the pillows were thin, it was extremely uncomfortable. The lighting also was very strong, too harsh at night. As for the shower: The hot water ran out after 7 minutes or so and the towels provided were thin and uncomfortable. The fridge also smelt pretty bad even though it was empty most of the time I usually dont care to watch tv while I am away, but most places have a smart Tv - and here there was absolutely nothing to watch. As for the internet , at night it was extremely slow
