  : I liked that its away from from any noice and big city. you can totally relax and recharge here. its also a good base for your day trips to beaches caves or whatever your destination is. its very eco friendly and chic. it has a lovely outdoor pool area and a very nice indoor pool/ spa with a sauna, steam room and small gym. the owners/ staff are beyond welcoming and nice and it felt like home away from home.we had one of the rooms with a kitchen and outdoor space highly recommend it. And as cat owners we had the pleasure of having the company of Princess the black and white cat every time we were in. shes beyond friendly ,cuddly and very talkative. lolMade us miss our cats a bit less. The breakfast is great and fresh. No tv in the rooms but to be honest, we didnt think about it once. there is one in the communal area if you need one but the pool table was way better entertainment. This place is truly a hidden gem.

  : Perfect stay to relax and enjoy the quietness. Staff and owners very friendly and helpful. Good fresh breakfast. Lovely swimming pools and spa. Can't wait to go back!

  : People are very friendly and helpful. Place is overall beautiful. Room was confortable and spacious. Breakfast was very nice. Indoor swimming pool is great. Great place to rest and cool down.
  : No bar service after dinner (10.00 pm or so, or any other service), so if you'de like a glass of wine, a beer or something to eat, it's best to buy before and keep it in the refrigerator to grab it when you wish to.

  : We really loved Monte do Malho!! The quietness, the environment, the art works, the sympathy of the host, the fresh pressed orange juice in the mornings and the breakfast overall. We had such a good time that we feel we need to go back.
  : We didn't like having booked such a short stay :) all rest was superb.

  : Nice pool and breakfast.
  : Unpleasant hostile reception. We arrived before check in time asked whether we could sit by the pool. No chance. We were told that we could not leave our bags, use the pool, sit in the hotel or sit by the pool. We had to wait outside in 35C temperatures. There were no mosquito nets in the bedroom and the AC was a bit noisy.
