  : - Amazing, breathtaking beach. Its what tells you every day why you are staying in this ressort- Good entertainment team, not too loud, but funny and cordial- Nice and friendly singer at the bar, super voice- The food at the buffet was mostly good, except one night, where the food was quite bad for italian standards- Clean rooms- Very nice and romantic place in general
  : - At the arrival no communication about important details like dinner time, delayed departures, services around the beach and so far. There should have been a presentation in the night of arrival, but nobody told us that. The reception looked very tired at our arrival, a little unfriendly (can be understandable if all departures and arrivals are at the same day, but I'm still on vacation...)- Towels change of the beach just every 4 days for free. I asked why and they told me because of the environment. Sounds fair, but why changing then the bathroom towels every day? It was ok for us, but the argument was weak.- You'll not receive any diet sodas on the buffet. Just against payment. It's a pitty, thinking about the price of this resort. Nobody cooks for you fresh eggs in the morning. So the buffet eggs are overcooked. Again, by the price you pay, a detail like eggs is important to underline the prices.- Absolut no services on the beach, no toilets, no bar. Even not water to drink.- Rooms start to get old, warderobe door not opening.

  : Very good location at a nice beach. Daily room service was excellent and room was cleaned spotless
  : Very rude staff and not welcoming. Staff did not greet you or make you feel like you deserve their attention.l or even a polite smile. Breakfast was not enjoyable and we skipped it for the rest of the stay after trying it once. Coffee was out of a machine - any instant coffee would have been better than that.

  : Here is what we loved about this place: 1. The beach - outstanding stretch of crystal-clear water, you just can't get enough of. 2. The atmosphere and setting: tiny little white houses (you each have your own) in beautifully cared for green grass. Each tiny house is nicely decorated, non-luxurious, clean, and beautiful to look at. You feel relaxed and regenerated. 3. SPACE - if you hate crowds this is the place for you. Lot's of space, the hotel was full and we had the feeling to be completely alone lol 4. Organization: The staff is really organized. Especially during COVID times, it's nice to know you have an assigned table at the restaurant as well as assigned beach sunbeds. 5. Staff - I have to say, aside from a couple rude young staffers that had no idea what they were doing (one even refused to give us an extra towel the night before we left when we told them we had used ours because water was coming out of the bidet and we had to dry the floor) everyone, starting from the hotel manager, was really nice.
  : Well, here are a couple things that they could fix: 1. Hours: Breakfast finishes at 9:30 and dinner is until 9:00 pm - waaaay to early. It means that if you get there at 9:35 waiters are already taking stuff away (and you are on VACATION). 2. BREAKFAST: I have to say, out of many hotels we've visited in the past few years, San Pietro's breakfast has been one of the worst. I had read bad reviews prior to getting there but I wasn't expecting it to be so boring and limited. There are no salty options - no omelets, quiches, cold cuts (other than simple ham and 1 type of sliced cheese), no cream cheese, not even eggs (you have to order them but no one tells you - there is no menu). Coffee, cappuccino, etc come out of a machine (something I really really hate) and you have to get up and go get it - at least hot beverages should be served, plus we're in Italy, Nespresso is a BAD option here. 3. Entertainment: We had one good night because they hired a touring company with dancers and singers - other that that I have seen one the worst cabaret shows of my life lol. I will also add that the entertainment team is very focused on people that come from the FrancoRosso Tour Operator - if you are not one of them - don't expect them to learn your names ;) 4. Last but not least, If you are staying there for a week they allow you 1 towel change or else you have to pay for them - around 2 euros each - that is just a BAD CALL.

  : Clean, comfortable rooms. The cleaning was always perfect. Reception is very good 24/24 and is always helpful.
  : Breakfast was like a low level company buffet. That could be very much better for a wonderful place like this. Morning logistic is terrible. Also, it is very nice to have 200+ Italian TV channels for the ones who understand this language. But, some international TV channels would be nice to have.

  : Kettle must be item in the B&B room, struggled everyday without hot water and tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast selection very boring every morning the same. It is so much more to make from the eggs! For example friend eggs, frittata or omelette for customers request. It was only cold cooked eggs or likely warm scrambled eggs...Imagined more from place in Sardinia.
