: The shower didn't have very effective water pressure, and it took a long time to draw a bath. It was also a bit cheeky that, even with half-board (dinner) included in the price I paid, they still charged 4.50 euros per water we had at dinner.

: - After the dinner fiasco, when we got the special menus, we really enjoyed the food. Their chef knows what he's doing and everything was delicious. If you need special menu you have to make sure in advance and insist to get it. -The location is really nice. - Felt like a family place.- The lady at the front desk was really nice.
: - I made sure in advance that they have vegan menu since we chose the half board option because my husband is vegan. On the first night my husband had to eat only side dishes, after I complained to the owners he started to get special menu and not only available side dishes. Only on our 3rd night (out of 4) we received a menu in English, before we had a waitress who tried to translate and said which dishes are available for us, which was pretty annoying since it looked like we got less dishes than the rest of the guests. It felt at the beginning like we were a burden, which was really inconvenient, especially since they are claiming to have special menus, which was the reason at first place we booked a room at this hotel. We were really excited to get to the hotel, but after the dinner mess it kinda ruined our stay. - The gym is really small, no weights only some fitness machines and it is located in a corner next to the spa, so not very comfortable to use.- Parking lot is very narrow, if you're with someone he could help, but of you're alone maybe it's best to ask for help to get out.

: The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Seis am Schlern. It is a lovely building decorated in traditional South Tyrolean style, and has a quiet, relaxing garden behind the hotel that is connected to the pool and sauna area. The rooms are compact but have everything you need, including comfortable beds and a built-in corner table. We had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the mountains and flower boxes planted with a cascade of pink petunias. The family that runs the hotel is very kind and helpful, and gave us great suggestions for things to do and hikes in the area. We especially enjoyed the spirited, fluffy cat who frequents the hotel lobby.
: Compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the South Tyrol, the food was bland and not very innovative, the vegetables were overcooked, and some dishes were just too salty. The salad bar, however, was very good. The tiredness of the food matched the dining room decor. Both need an update. As others have mentioned, there is a bar on the main floor of the hotel. If you like to sleep with the window open, it may be difficult until the bar patrons have gone home for the evening.
