  : Basically everything. The view, pool and the cleanliness exceeded our expectations! Very good place to chill and relax. Totally recommend! :)

  : The location is great for trips to Montepulciano and Siena. The accommodation is very welcoming for dogs. The pool is great and the backdrop of the hills makes it very nice to swim in. The wine on site is very good. Zane (the host) is exceptionally welcoming and made our stay very comfortable.
  : Breakfast options are a little limited

  : very beautiful, the receptionist was amazing and tried to help us with whatever.
  : its very remote which made transportation difficult and expensive, there is no option for lunch and since we came without a car, it meant 50 taxis in any direction for food. there was no bus service, and the pool was nice but we didnt particularly enjoy it because of the bees.

  : Very nice property, staff is great, room was clean with the nice view. Location is perfect! Pool is spacious and you can enjoy all day :)
  : Poor breakfast. It would be nice if there was an option to have a lunch, because they have very nice restaurant where they serve only dinner and reservation is required.

  : The location is excellent.
  : Room too small. 20m2. Not even a chair. Bags on what was left of the floor. Had to move to the bed to use. Impossible. No refrigerator. No glasses. Nothing. Charged us an extra 10 euro to change the sheetswe didnt ask for this. Beware please. Even a coffee from the machine at breakfast was extra !!! Amazing. Breakfast was basic but acceptable. Poor receptionist. Angry and short with us. We Asked for two wine glasses. This was not allowed. You are not allowed to drink anything other than their own wine ?! She said no eating in the room, we werent intending to eat in the room, how could you not even a chair. We had bought some wine from the vineyard we stayed at yesterday. We wanted to drink this. ! Cant carry it forever. We planned to purchase more wine from the new establishment the following day, just like we did the previous two locations. But NO you can only drink our wine.crazy no ? If this were the policy everywhere, then no one would ever buy wine to take away !!!!!!! You would have a dozen useless bottles after a few days ! We are travelling half way across the world. Cant carry them home ?? We spent the next two day anywhere but here. We travelled to other places very near by and spent more than two thousand dollars on wine, lunches and dinnerssomewhere else. Not the best policy, to say no glasses and only our wine I would have thought. I tried to work out what was the owners real problem. Living in a beautiful area, lovely views, peaceful ambiance, excellent produce and weather to die for. Beautiful, well financed guests around you, all of them out to have a great experience and lots of fun. I guess being short, obese and having a terrible haircut and matching arrogant attitude would also make me annoyed as well. Please do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere.

  : The room and views were better than expected, the photos didn't do them justice. The evening restaurant meals were delicious. They produce their own olive oil and wine, which were outstanding. And the staff were lovely, very helpful.
  : Breakfast was good for what we needed, but didn't exceed expectations. There was a surprising rule about not eating in our rooms, given we'd chosen a room with a kitchenette and dining table. With no lunch on site, that's a tricky rule to abide by.

  : Very well kept grounds, exceptional view and patio area. Friendly staff. Nice to have the restaurant downstairs after a tiring day - opens at 19:00. Big parking and a beautiful pool area. The restaurant has a a great view of the valley and the food was very good. Wine is also very good.
  : TV in the room was a joke, the size of a computer monitor. The comforter was stained, I don't think it is washed in between guests. You have to pay extra for the coffee at breakfast (latte, espresso etc.), but the coffee is not as good as expected. Cappuccino with no foam, over boiled milk, no tampering after grinding the coffee. Either include it or prepare it as it should. Eggs and bacon did not look good.

  : Great position. Breath taking view.
  : Poor breakfast with coffee and hot beverages NOT included. 3 for a coffee (not a second coffee but the only one I normally get) is pure non sense. Very strict non understandable rules about arrival time, reception, restaurant. Rooms are nice but in need of a serious revamping.

  : We were not informed when we reserved that on Tuesdays (only day we were there) no meal would be available and that almost no staff was present. No wine tasting or food tasting which was the objective was possible.
