  : This property is good value for money, clean and has all all the basics in place. I was pleased to use the door code which meant no headaches checking in and the property was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels and spare linen. All white goods worked well within the apartment as did the TV. The location was very good and close to the centre of Castellon. My deposit for the apartment was also returned to me quickly.
  : The sorting of issues was an issue. Unlike the door code the internet code did not work. I wrote to the managers who provided me with an alternative code and this sadly did also not work. A third code was not provided. Luckily, my own connection was strong but this may have proved to be a genuine issue for another traveller. In addition, the shower fitting was coming off its hinge and needed fixing. As no response was forthcoming from the managers I fixed it myself which was not a big issue as I am a practical person although this may again have proved unpopular with another guest. To be fair I only messaged the managers of the apartment. There were contact and emergency numbers so if I had called response times may well have been quicker.

  : We are asked to pay for a deposit of 100€ even if we only stayed 1 night, and we had to check out before 7:30am because the woman that had our deposit had to go somewhere. We picked the apartment because of the balcony, but we got no balcony. No shampoo or anything to wash our hands, when we asked for it they told us to that there is only detergent in the kitchen (??). Never again
