: Everything was perfect except the prices. Great views, very kind people and cozy/ancient atmosphere. All services were on exceptional level. Food was very delicious.

: Location is excellent, the property is magnificent, the breakfast is great. Rooms are spacious and the private terrace is a great value to privacy while being outdoor. the Manager was responsive to the issues we faced so well done to the customer service.
: Service is too slow and a lot of requests were missed. Examples are: 1- we arrived and asked for a third bench for the outdoor terrace as we were a family of three. none arrived. 2- at the breakfast , you have to repeat the order and follow up on your orders many many times to get them right then to your table. 3- While water bottles are available everywhere at the property, in the room, at the parking, in the lobby etc... , at the pool if you ask for a bottle of water they charge you 5 euro... not sure why ? you could get the bottle from your room or from the concierge. 4- Spa booking: pls understand the rule of booking as when we checked in we were asked if we like to book and we said in principle a certain time and date to be confirmed, to find out later on that if we miss our time we are in the cancellation policy and we will be charged. We had to explain to all staff and manager that one we did not confirm, two we were not informed and three this is not the right way to welcome a guest at the hotel.
