  : This is a super isolated place, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the nature. - Amazing view - We enjoyed the swimming pool - We loved picking apricots and figs directly on the trees in the gardens - Breakfast was super good too - Super friendly staff, Antonio helped us finding our way to the hotel and recommended places to visit
  : - Would have appreciated AC in the room - Quite hard to get to the hotel, but totally fine with a scooter

  : This place is total dreamland for a week of calm -down, detox and being away from everything. Some kilometres away from Casamicciola, up on the hill with a little refreshing breeze and perfect air. You can walk down (40) min, walking up is too stressful, but the equipe is always ready to shuttle you down and back up. The excellent food with super fresh veggies from the own garden, beautifully prepared by chef Anita, served by the family, always friendly. Our room (la Chiocciola) was particularly pretty, with a nice balcony and a spectacular view. The room was spotlessly clean, bathroom with a comfortable and spacious walk-in shower, decoration tasteful and authentic. The internet in the room was mostly too weak - if you are on holidays thats perfect, if you need to work, can be slightly annoying. But on the little patio in front of the room, internet works fine; there is an internet space on the terrace by the dining area, too. The spectacular garden(s) are in perfect condition, the pool rather small, but enough to refresh. If you want to have a gorgeous quiet week with super friendly people (Grazie Anita, Gaetano, Sarah, Antonio e Luca!) dont hesitate a second to book at Pera di Basso!

  : View is beautiful, but thats about all.
  : Cannot access the property. Even if you have a mini car you risk getting it smashed by the walls on either side of small road leading to property. They offer navette service to port or parking lot, need to plan ahead, but I like my independence. Supper (fixed menu) offered at property at a hefty price, comparatively to other properties in Italy we stayed at. Air conditioning is air ventilation at best. Im really getting upset with the fact that some properties call ventilation air conditioning Owner tries hard but doesnt really enjoy what he does and shows through.

  : Amazing location. The view is breathtaking and the hotel is beautiful. Especially the garden with the lemon trees, tomato plants and olive trees.A beautiful and quiet hotel, away from the busy streets and trafic.
  : Room was a little small and the bed was not very comfortable. Could have used a few kitchen facilities in the room.

  : Antonio and the staff are so helpful and so responsive. Breakfast is plentiful, they do offer lunch and dinner at a separate price and the food is all so good. The location is a bit far from anything but they will take you and pick you up in the city if you ask. The place itself is so beautiful and relaxing, definitely a place I would go back to again
  : The air conditioning did not cool the room. After turning it on and hours passed, the room was still very hot and humid inside
