  : The bedrooms are all very nice, the pool is great.It's a very good location, close to the beach.
  : The house is very run down, not like you see in the pictures. Garage doors don't open, washing machine was leaking, lights all around the house have issues, in the laundry room doesn't even turn on. Many things broken, like the master bedroom has 2 showers but only one works. The smaller oven in the kitchen has a shattered glass. The smaller gates don't open and the big one doesn't lock. There's also a sewage problem, dirty waters started coming out of a sewage cover just close to one of the gates and flowed into the street. The pool table is in need of refurbishment. Outside shower doesn't work.
