  : Filthy dirty. Pictures do not match the actual property. Room smelled awful. Side door entry not secure. Entryways and hallways filthy dirty. Bed hard as a rock. Was charged a pet fee but was not listed as a charge on bookings.com. No one should stay at this place. We checked out a day early.

  : Dirty shower. Had hair and used soap in the shower. Smelled musty. Not a clean feeling. Asked for extra pillows and was told they didn't have any in the entire hotel.

  : Roaches in the room. Being disturbed by the neighbor playing guitar and the front desk not doing anything about it. I had to knock on the door myself. Really bad stench. Overpriced for what was provided. Air conditioner turned off at night. The girl at the front deak was extremely rude. I called down asking a checkout question next thing I know, front desk comes to my room twice consistently knocking on my door before 1100 waking up me and my children to ask if I was checking out. I had already prepaid through the weekend. The tub looked as if if had fungus growing out the tub. The toilet was leaning forward. I was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had.

  : The only positives about this hotel was the young lady at check-in and checkout.. And the location
  : Room smelled awful. Reminded me of a college dorm from 40 years ago smelling like beer, old food, and vomit. I had to go buy 2 airwicks just to get thru the night. Carpet was old with 13 pieces of old gum stuck and now a part of the carpet. 2 cockroaches.

  : Nothing I liked except the location which has many food outlets nearby.
  : I booked this hotel because it has a kitchen as mentioned in the description but when we reached we luckily saw the kitchen in the room but no kitchen tools in it. When asked the front desk she simply said I don't know. We don't have those. What is the point in an empty kitchen?

  : This was a halfway house! Completely disgusting from the moment you walked in. I wouldnt even take my shoes off in the hotel room, there was grime all over the floor and my shoes were sticking.

  : I am a 63 year old woman traveler. I have traveled a lot. I would not recommend a solo woman staying here. It is in a safe place of town, actually a lovely area of town. The best thing that this hotel had going for it ,was the lovely lady who checked me in and who came back in the morning. She is a winner! I cannot recommend this hotel for women travelers.
  : This hotel ,i cannot recommend. There is a tv in the lobby with live recording of anyone who goes through the lobby. The staff is behind plexiglass.(..not having anything w covid). This dose not seem like a hotel. It seems like a hotell where pp live. (Family with children going to school. )There is no elevator. No shuttle. Hotel advertises how close it is to the airport. It is one exit away... is 5 minutes from the airport.. without a shuttle!! I was put on the first floor, down 12 steps in a creepy basement ( how i felt). The floor I was on was very dirty. The " suite" had "lived in" furniture. there was a small kitchen,small stove,refreg,microwave. No pots or pans no utilises. There were paid washer n dryers down the hall and a drinks machine n snack machine.(prices were on the high side) This hotel gives off a creepy vibe. It is dirty and has a slightly dangerous vibe about it. Price m If I had not been dropped of this hotel...I would have gotten in my car and driven 1 block to Embassy Suites. Even though I had pre paid for the hotel. .I would NOT recommend this hotel to a solo woman traveler.
