A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in has the following extra fees:

- From 20:00 to 22:00: EUR 20;
- From 22:00 to 00:00: EUR 40;
- After 00:00: EUR 60.

Please note that check-out after 12:00 will be charged an extra EUR 20 per every extra 30 minutes.
