  : bedspread smelled of urine and light in bathroom to do my makeup didn’t work. they couldn’t fix till the next day. 200& is to much for a room that isint clean and lights not working. location was great for us.

  : The property was over booked when we arrived from a long haul flight from Australia for a 3 night stay. They could not accommodate us and sent us to another hotel for the first night and then we had to return to this property for the second and third night. I had booked the property a month before our stay. We were exhausted and so disappointed.

  : Location seemed good, but I wouldn't know because we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the town.
  : My family (husband and 2 toddlers) booked the queen suite, which is supposedly the largest suite in the hotel. However the room is not meant for families at all. There is no door to the bathroom, so parents can't put kids to bed and then get ready for bed themselves without turning on a light in the main room. It makes no sense. It's not a suite; it's one large open space. There is also only a shower, which is not convenient for families with young children. When I expressed concern over the room, staff was not very helpful and just said we had the best room in the hotel. I requested an early check out to move to an Airbnb and was told (quite rudely) that I had to put in a request through Booking.com, which I did, but the hotel never responded. They did end up refunding the nights we didn't stay, but I only knew that because I kept checking my pending credit card charges. It's terrible customer service to not even respond with an acknowledgment of my request. Also, breakfast was incredibly disappointing, and the front desk was not well staffed.
