  : I'm asthmatic and requested a room on the lower level. Was declined. Also was informed the rate was $125. and they charged me over 200.00.

  : Room is large enough, very clean. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Many birds in the area. Staff was very helpful.
  : Restaurant on-site not open due o "a situation". No coffee maker in the room. No desk or place to do minimal work.

  : It was a very nice, comfortable hotel with a clean, refreshing pool. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
  : One of the guests decided it was a good idea to pace on the balcony right in front of our room while talking loudly on his cell phone after midnight. Management apparently doesn't enforce quiet hours.

  : The staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciated that there was a pool and restaurant onsite, which made it easy once you were there. While the rooms were a tad tiny, they were clean and still had everything you needed including a decent size fridge and a microwave. But since we stayed here for the last couple days of our trip which were jam packed with wedding activities, it wasnt the end of the world. We basically really only slept here.
  : The only thing I didnt like about this hotel was the location and the aggressive mosquitos. I guess because youre up in the campo, the mosquitos are honestly out of control. I had barely gotten into my room the first day and I killed about 3-4 within 10min and every time I killed one it was like 2 more magically appeared. It was so bad I had to buy bug repellant to use on myself and my daughter as well as to spray the bed so we didnt get eaten alive while we slept. Also, the windy narrow road to get to this hotel is nerve wracking especially since for much of it theres no line to show youre supposed to share the road and there are many trucks on it as well. About the last 3-4 minutes of the drive to the hotel is up a narrow road. Thankfully at night there are lights for most of it. But youll want to be careful.

  : Location was great. Not too far from the airport. Quiet surroundings. Nice beds and clean room. Bathroom was very clean and plenty of towels. Enjoyed watching the birds in the tree right outside our door.
  : Big drawback was the lack of an elevator. Hard for me to climb stairs to the third floor, especially with suitcases. Also the restaurant was out of several things we wanted to order, and a little high priced. We went elsewhere to eat

  : No hot water in sink and shower took about 4 minutes to warm up. No air exhaust fan in the bathroom where the closet is located. The restaurant closed for 3 days and with a limited number of items.

  : Clean comfortable the staff were very friendly and helpful. Giselle was a big help in checking us in and made our stay pleasant. Noel was also helpful . It is quite and easy to drive to a plaza nearby.
  : Nothing happened but they should have some kind of security at night
