  : Horrible and way too pricey! Didn’t even choose to eat there! No one seemed to be working the counter when we visited the eating area!! Horrible service!
  : The room was very old and outdated. Broken curtain, electrical outlets don’t work to charge our phone. Room was NOTHING like the pictures on the web. We were ripped off for $500 plus for one night stay! Never coming back!! Sliding balcony door hard to open. Refrigerator didn’t get cold!

  : There wasn't a working TV as what was advertised. When I went to the front desk clear she stated that all of the tvs are starting to go out and eventually need to be replaced. She stated that she can't move me as she doesn't know which rooms the tvs are out in. And the bathroom door as well as balcony didnt lock. Which is unacceptable and not what was paid for.

  : The location of the hotel. Waking up with an oceanfront view was amazing despite the other shortcomings of the stay.
  : The check-in process was confusing. I was told by the receptionist that I must have accidentally been checked in under someone else’s name, Jeffery Johnson. She assured me that everything was okay and that she would just book me for another room under the correct name. However, when I was called to officially check in upon our room being ready there was a new receptionist at the desk who greeted me with the same name, Jeffery Johnson. Ultimately confused at this point, I drew concern because I was told that I was okay and that the booking was changed for under my name. Unfortunately, after expressing my concern, the receptionist(s) were not reassuring in this process and/or understanding. It took us close to 30 minutes to finally get into our room.In addition to the check-in process, the room’s bathroom had mold in the shower.

  : I Miss having a microwave in the room instead of it being out in the hallway. And a better coffee would be nice. I didn't like the coffee and spent to much getting Starbucks.

  : There was a pungent smell of marijuana that permeated our room , elevator and the hallway floor. I reported it to staff. Smelled it the entire weekend. As a DOD employee that is subject to random drug testing it made for an uneasy stay.
