  : It is a central place and it has always availability for parking
  : Small rooms. I asked for an upgrade to a larger room, and the answer was that there was none available (in the days I stayed there were always at least one empty). Toilet was clogged and I received a toilet plunger to do the work.

  : The location very close to Them parks (Lego land)
  : They are having some repairs done and we lost the lights for a minute. Also the door that connects to the room got stuck and we couldnt get out of the room we couldnt open it . We had to open the window and send are 12 year old to office to come help us open door. Crazy experience. The girl was very nice and help us opened the doors very professional.

  : The room (king suite) was very clean when we arrived. Full size fridge. Kitchen sink. Free breakfast and parking.
  : We were assigned a room upon arrival that was still occupied after wed already climbed 3 flights of stairs (all rooms are accessible from outside doors/ outside stairs). The cleaning staff told us this before we actually tried to go in the room. We then got assigned another room. The room was facing the freeway and the traffic noise was very loud. The room smelled very bad, like someone had been smoking in there or just old room smell or both. The fridge was so loud that we had to turn it way down to make it stop running. This only worked temporarily. There was a full kitchen, but not one pan or dish- so it was unusable. Who travels with pans and dishes to a hotel? Maybe we were supposed to ask for those things, but I have never had to before. The bed was pretty stiff, but most hotel beds are. I travel with a memory foam pad for this reason. I asked for a sheet to put over my pad. No one ever brought it. I called the front desk and they said I could come and get one. Um. Ok. There were some weird burn splotches on the carpet by the window, but other than that, the room was clean. So, between the loud fridge, road noise, and some loud talking in the parking lot, we didnt sleep well at all. The smell never really went away and you can only open the windows a couple of inches. Also in the bedroom there was a mirror on the wall which reflected the sunlight in the morning right into my face through the curtains which didnt cover that light coming in. We asked for a different room, but they didnt have any. The breakfast didnt taste very good. We checked out early and stayed the other two nights in a different location.

  : We loved the breakfast.
  : More toilet paper and the TV we couldn't raise the volume. We mention it to the desk clerk, and nothing was done about it.

  : The outlets did not work. The bathtub plunger to the shower leaked all over the place. The lamps on the heard board were ready to fall off. Room in general needed updated

  : we had king suite with 2 double beds, 2 bathroooms, kitchenette, it was perfect for our little famliy of 6 with 2 kids. we have enough space for evrybody, its tight but it worked for us, having the room across the pool and breakfast area was so convenient
