  : Location. Great monsoon shower. Easy access to a lovely beach. Excellent local pub. Beautiful coastal walks. Wildlife.
  : The property was filthy and unkempt. A thick layer of dust and dirt on many surfaces. The washing machine's detergent draw had mould in it, I had to clean it before we could use the washing machine. There were weeds all over the patio area to the front and rear of the property. The bathroom had no toilet paper and the hand soap dispenser was empty. The ceramic hob in the kitchen was filthy, and so was the toaster. The windows were filthy; I cleaned the lounge window so that we could see out of it. I shouldn't have to clean windows when I'm on holiday! I have photographic evidence of all the above.

  : The location is lovely and the bungalow warm and cosy. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is good and lounge cosy The seaview
  : Needs some decoration as wallpaper coming off in places. The radiator in the bathroom gets dangerously hot and Is next to the toilet so risk of burning your legs The floorboards really do need looking at as very uneven and causing my 93year old mother to lose her balance and fall into the bathroom. There is a little leak coming from the radiator in the hall but only occasionally
