  : The staff was great at check-in. Nice and newer Building.
  : The cleaning of the entry/kitchen and bathroom Floor was poor. The bathroom requires more attention to detail when cleaning. There was hair everyone on the entry and bathroom floor. Too cringy. For this reason, I will not return. Very small parking lot.

  : Our toilet stuffed Saturday, just before Mother’s Day. I understood that we had to wait until morning to get it fixed. Morning came, the handiman couldn’t fix it. He needed to get a “snake”. Ok. He never came back. We eventually went down to breakfast, and sat chatting with our family. Hours later we were still seeing the handiman meandering around everywhere but the direction towards our room. I think we spoke to someone at the front desk, or maybe to him - I don’t remember. Whoever we spoke to seemed to have forgotten all about it. Eventually, we all piled into the car of my daughter who lives in Carbondale and had a wonderful Mother’s Day together. We came home late to find that there was poop far flung around the bathroom - on the bathroom floor, all over the floor of the bathtub/shower, and the shower doors, the walls, even in the towels and personal items in the shelf under the sink. It was HORRIFYING!!!!!!!!!!!!! The front desk sent someone to look, and they said we should move to a new room. By this time it was late. I’m handicapped, and my husband is still healing and weak from surgery. The nighttime desk manager came up to help, which was nice of him, and I had to go across the hall and wake my daughter for help. It took quite a while to get everything in and organized (the desk manager had gone back downstairs at some point. We ended up not going to sleep until well after 2:00am after putting our stuff away. My daughter had stayed to help. The next day I spoke to the hotel manager. I felt that we shouldn’t have to pay for that one night after all the trouble we’d had since the previous day. She unhappily said Ok. Then I also asked to not be charged for my daughter’s room - she got almost no sleep because she was helping us all night. I was very upset when the manager was going to deny that. But she eventually did agree. We were paying for that room also. BUT - when we checked out, the bill WAS FOR THE FULL AMOUNT, for BOTH ROOMS!!!!!!!!!!!

  : No decent dining places in this area outside of fast food. The train is near so you will hear it passing.
