  : Made very welcome, lovely clean property - the first thing that hits you. A hamper of goodies and essentials in the fridge - very thoughtful especially after a long journey.Well looked after by agent.Nice outdoor setting for bbq and relaxing.The area was beautiful and 5 minutes from the beach which was a bonus. Could walk into St Ives in 30 mins, buses at the top of the road if not feeling energetic and train station (Carbis Bay) 5 minutes away walking.Would highly recommend and definitely hire the house again.

  : New, clean open plan layout. Kitchen facilities excellent, everything in the property good quality (mostly from John Lewis). Only marked location down slightly as its at the top of a very steep hill if you like walking but unfit then youll not like it
  : Only one bathroom (no en-suite) yet could accommodate two couples and single adult so the extra would be nice to have (dont get me wrong though, Im really stretching to find a negative)
