Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 17 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Residence Agula Mora in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer, cheque or cash. The property will contact you directly to organise this.

Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent linen and towels onsite for the following extra charges:
Large double bed linen kit: EUR 20 per week
Double bed linen kit: EUR 15 per week
Single bed linen: EUR 10 per week
Towels kit (1 large towel and 1 small towel): EUR 8 per person per week.

Subject to availability, guests can rent a baby cot onsite for an extra charge of EUR 17 per week. A high chair is also available for an extra charge of EUR 15 per week, subject to availability.
