Cala di Volpe is located near Tropea and the cliff of Capo Vaticano with its wonderful beaches. It offers both self-catering accommodation and hotel rooms with free Wi-Fi. The hotel is surrounded by a green garden facing the sea in the white beach of Torre Marino. : Water was on the flor under the airconditioning, it did not work properly. There were ants on the tarrace and Inside the room. Bed smell inside the wardrobe and cabinets in the kitchen.

: The staff is super helpful and cheerful. The view of Stromboli is simply amazing. The room was clean and had updated furnishings. The pools are clean and well maintained. Lovely resort.
: The beach is very rocky and uncomfortable. We had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom.

: Superior 2-bdrm apartment on upper level was spacious, clean and comfortable. Seaview from terrace was beautiful. Beach area was pebbly, but nice. Plenty of beach chairs & umbrellas. Lower saltwater pool was lovely and was not very salty at all. Grounds were lovely and well maintained.
: Kitchen was sparsely equipped. No dish soap or cloths. No soap or shampoo in bathroom. Basic linens in the rooms. Meal in restaurant was on the expensive side and quite mediocre.

: Absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Our room had an amazing view and a large covered balcony, plus space for us to hang laundry, etc. We loved the food and the staff was incredible and so helpful.
: There are only two things we would recommend: 1. Add a little shop for necessities if people forget anything. 2. There is no food available between 2pm - 8pm. The "snack bar" only offers chips, croissants and ice cream. If you are just checking in, or coming back from a tour, etc, there are not good food option. You should have more food options between that time.

: property was clean, restaurant was great, menu was different every day, breakfasts were good, two pools , Tropea was close by car, lido area was good
: beach wasnt sandy, pebbly but water was beautiful
