: The casa is spacy with everything you need in it. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Parking is just in front of the house. The incheck procedure on distance, maybe due to corona? Continente supermercado is on 8 minutes drive by car in Capelas. Friendly host, only spoken by phone. Cleaning once during our week stay.
: The casa needs some maintenance in some places. The walls in the garden could have some new painting. The terras floor needs repair. The garden furnish should we replaced.

: + good overall comfort+ well equipped kitchen+ great master bedroom+ extra beach towels
: - second bedroom much worse than the master one- linen in second bedroom was basically a sheet and a blanket - hydromassage bathtub was not operational during our stay- some of the elements of this house needs a refreshment

: Very friendly owner, perfect that the apartment was cleaned several times during our 2 weeks stay. Garden is very nice and spacious. Great for our kids (2yr and 5yr) as well as for dinners/BBQ

: Minha Casa is in a great location to tour the north coast... with several great restaurants near by. The house had everything we needed and many nice touches (washing machine, coffee filter + coffee). Rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and well appointed.
: The only two drawbacks are 1) extra-care needed to be taken getting in/out of the driveway as the house is on a busy street, 2) need better ventilation in home as it traps humidity (although there we two dehumidifiers that made it comfortable).
