  : They literally thought up everything that someone would need while staying in Cape May. The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful. I would recommend the Boarding House to anyone who wants to stay in Cape May.
  : Parking in the lot is a little tight and limited, but there is ample street parking on Lafayette.

  : Not worth the price. The room was suppose to have a private balcony. Thats what I booked. I checked the description of the room plus that's what it looked like on the pictures. I get there and asked about the private balcony and the hotel attendant said you have a roof top balcony, it wasn't private and no dogs allowed.. I said but that's what I booked she repeated you have a roof top balcony.. very disappointed and would have never stayed there for that price.

  : The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. The mattress was very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose. The bathroom was very nicely remodeled with a walk-in shower. Appreciated body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, fridge, microwave and coffee maker being provided. Nice to have the option to borrow the bikes. Front office staff was super friendly. The air filter in the room was also great to have.
  : Parking was an issue. It said 1 space per room but it seems some may have had more than 1. Spaces are also very tight. We were a little surprised to find that dogs are not allowed on the rooftop terrace since it's a dog friendly hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 3:45pm but the code to the room didn't work until 4pm. I understand it's electronically programmed that way but it would be nice if the room is ready that access could be given early.

  : By far, the cleanest place I have ever stayed. I haven't traveled since pre COVID, so getting used to not needing to check in or out is a bit weird for me. The dog treat for Ester was a nice treat. Loved the decor/design style. Had everything I needed and was the nicest pet friendly place I have stayed. Was that a memory foam bed? Very nice!
  : The photos on line make it look much more spacious, it was kind of small, the bathroom was small. Beds are on a lowish platform so getting out of bed with a sore back was challenging for me. Google maps kept taking me down Jefferson to turn left from behind the building, and the building/parking lot was right on Lafayette Street (not bad about the place or location, but if other visitors have the same issue, you get there from Lafayette street
