  : Location was very convenient and easily accessible. The place was comfortable and adequately stocked for the initial arrival.
  : When I did the original search on Booking.com the listing implied that there were kayaks and a hot tub on site. Once I arrived it was made clear that those options are only available at certain villas.I believe the listing for the individual villa should specify early on in the search that those options aren't offered at this particular location. I'm sure if this point is reflective on the property or Booking.com but I was informed 1 day before my arrival that my original reservation had been DOUBLE BOOKED for this particular time span. Under duress I went ahead and rebooked our Christmas/New Year vacation with THIS property as an alternative and a surprise "destination fee" appeared. I no only believe that an extra $385 Destination Fee is excessive considering the beaches were still inaccessible; this location was listed as a less expensive daily rate compared to the original reservation, but with the destination fee added it ended up to be more. Considering the rebooking situation and I was the one who had been contacting booking.com for over a week to send me a rental agreement for the original reservation, I believe the $385 fee should be waived and I be reimbursed.
