  : The gym, the availability of a kitchen
  : -No communal space-Price is very high but no service is provided in return (towels not changed, 2 extremely cheap toilet rolls are provided initially but have to purchase to have more, -not enough light in the room (extremely dark) and bulbs burned and not replaced.-small balcony (which is absolutely fine) but impossible to use as the aircon is blowing air all over). Maybe the positioning of the aircon should be reassessed.-Room dirty which is normal as people are asked to clean the room.-no couch to sit in the room (2 tiny dusty armchairs instead s which no one uses which explains the dust on them).-insulation is very poor which means that on the 2 windy days we had, it is impossible to sleep as the sound of the wind is scary.

  : Air conditioning was inadequate because it was only in the living room and not the bed room. Staff was not helpful when customers want to check in early. I would not consider this a 4 star hotel. The accommodations are at best a 2 star.

  : Air con not adjustable at all, couldnt turn it off. No bedding supplied for the pull out couch.

  : They should have 24/7 open reception . Collecting keys from the OZ hotel was an inconvenience. Its a hotel so separate cleaning fees shouldnt be charged . If you dont want to pay a cleaning fees than you have to collect all your bed linens and used towels in a big bag and drop them to a reception . You have to clean your on garbage bag to dump in the big dumpster outside .

  : Really comfortable apartment of 28 m2, really clean and quiet, I would stay again there. Walking distance to the beach, 100 m to the mall and peer.

  : The host Matthew was so rude throughout. Starting from check in he was ao rude that once we thought we should complaint to booking.com but we thought nothing can be done as full money was already paid. Anyways will never ever suggest this property only because of this person and staff unwelcoming behavior.
