  : Breakfast was good and just like breakfasts at other Holiday Inn Express locations. The beds were comfortable and pillows were great.
  : The bathroom was completely unacceptable. It looked dirty but may have been stained. There was a good bit of rust on the door facing near the shower and the shower curtain rod was covered in rust! The stains in the shower were inexcusable. The shower head leaked badly. The “ramp” to the shower had a sharp and uneven front edge that was painful to the feet. The door had been scratched and needed to be repaired or replaced. The door handle back plate was hanging loose and the microwave oven was badly rusted! Terrible!! This is the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever seen and I could not believe it is part of your group. The street approaching the hotel was rough and neglected and the businesses along the street were mostly overgrown and unattractive - except for the Hampton Inn which looked beautiful.
