  : Coffee machine leaked water onto the kitchen counter. Water temperature in the shower could not be adjusted to a high enough temperature to make showering comfortable.

  : The property was close to the city center (about a 10-minute walk) which made it very easy for us to move back and forth. There's also a bus stop a few meters away (like 30 seconds to 1 minute away from the property) so if we wanted to use the bus it was also very easy to do so. The property is nicely quiet and very pretty with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful quaint backyard which I imagine would be wonderful during the warmer months. They also had many games and books which was nice for the day we had extra time in the evening. We especially liked the dining area as it was quite cute and very aesthetic for those who like to take pictures :) Overall we loved it and will be booking again when we visit Canterbury again.
  : The heating system for the shower was a little complicated for us to use and we didn't quite figure it out as our stay was so short. We didn't have much time to ask about it either as we were quite busy during our stay. The staircase was also quite small but I think it's a European/British thing to have them this way :) May be good to know in case you're visiting with someone who has difficulty climbing stairs.
