Modern two Bed Ground floor apartment with parking

  : Two Bedrooms and two bathrooms made a stay for 2 couples very easy. Nice open living space with open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Parking for one car, plus additional parking on the road.
  : Visitor information book needs info on what to do with rubbish and recycling. Hot water switch is not labelled - therefore was turned off one night leading to no hot water in the morning. Might be slightly too far out from town for some people to walk in i.e. people with mobility issues might struggle with the 15-20 min walk into town (mostly downhill), and the walk back (a gently climbing up hill). Although local taxis which can be picked up easily from the ranks at either end of the high street, only took a couple of minutes and cost around 5-7.

  : Location was great less than 15mins to walk into the city centre. Clean, spacious apartment worked really well for our family of 4.Really quiet road, unlike the city hotels that are so noisy we slept so well.Lovely touch leaving us milk in the fridge and some yummy locally produced cookies. Polygon communicated throughout with clear directions to the property and checked we were ok. Car Parking space.

  : Good location and only a 10 minute walk into central Canterbury. light and spacious ground floor apartment with separate access to the communal entrance which we did not use. furniture comfortable in the main living area.
  : The main bedroom bed was not very comfortable and should be renewed. Both bathrooms also need renewing. The extractor fans do not extract the steam and the whole room then feels damp. the shower in the en suite didnt work which was acknowledged by the owner and Im assuming will be fixed. The main bathroom shower was fitted incorrectly within the shower direction pointing outwards which meant that the floor got wet very easily as the screen wasineffective. The bath had to be filled with the lower shower head as the switch to use the taps was stuck on the shower. On a small note, one bin bag doesnt cover a weeks stay and no dish cloth doesnt help- we had to buy some which we left.

  : The apartment was tidy and had all the essentials in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. It was generally clean and the towels etc. were nice. The parking space was easy to find and covered, which is nice. It is a spacious apartment, and you could easily host a few people in the living room / open kitchen area.
  : The sofa was a little small, although I am a large man so perhaps not a problem for most. The apartment could use a little TLC - for example, the number "7" had fallen off the door, carpet stain by the door, damaged 'relax' sign in the ensuite, and a bit more colour / decoration would have been nice - nothing major, but all together they detract a bit from the experience. Also, it felt like it would best suit a corporate guest, or maybe students rather than for those with any romantic intent.

  : Lovely flat which is nicely furnished and really well equipped. Very quiet location with parking space.
  : Some areas need some TLC. The bathroom has rusty patches on side of bath and shelf at back of toilet was very dusty. The shower screen and sealant round bath not exactly very clean.
