  : The location was very doable for getting into town and the location was next door to a grocery store.
  : This property needs a complete overhaul. The carpet was so dirty that I was afraid to walk on it barefoot. The furniture needs to cleaned as well. There is a plumbing issue in the flat. When flushing the toilet, sometimes the tank wouldn't fill because of this. There is a major water hammer that sounds like the Titanic coming in. The drain in the tub was not acceptable. When taking a shower the water would collect to about 5 inches deep. The cooker was so old and had cleaned so much that all the lettering for the elements were nonexistent. The kitchen lineoleum was buckled in one place and finally cracked and we had to leave the pieces there. The drapes must have been really old and I applaud them for the replacements but they shouldn't have purchased ones that were 12 inches too long.

  : Very spacious, clean and good communication from the owner.Washing machine to use which was good with small children.Bed was comfy, good tv and choice of channels.Lift to get to second floor.
  : Bath need replacing, stains and cracks on the bath.Not overly suitable for a young family, no high chair or cot on offer. Couldnt sit out on the balcony as it was very messy (pigeons).Comes with car park space but not reserved so on a couple of occasions we struggled to park, which isnt good with two small children.Area where the flats are is less than desirable, gardens were full of litter, beds, sofas, shopping trolleys etc. (Nothing owner can really do about it though)Didnt particularly like the email with a threat of a surcharge for leaving late. Again with two small children, running to time isnt always possible.

  : Great little property would take very little to make it fantastic, main problem is the mould, the smell is awful and its a shame as its well set out and generally clean. Close proximity to town centre.
  : Mould and smell is awful, stained bath thought it was vomit initially. Balcony is caked in bird poo and the area is not great, kids were attempting to break into cars when we arrived and there is a lot of litter, discarded shopping trolleys etc.

  : Location was great. Spacious room sizes. Well stocked with necessities. Aldi across the road. Free tea, coffee and toiletries. Big fridge-freezer. Good communication from management company. Nice pillows and bedding.
  : Mould in bathroom causing damp smell in apartment. We informed management company of and they advised they would look to get it fixed soon. Balcony also in need of a clean as doesn't look like anyone has attempted to clean for some time. Otherwise generally clean if a bit basic and dated with carpets, kitchen and bathroom.
