  : A nicely renovated (in 2018 they said) hotel in a boutique hotel style, lovely design details! Very clean rooms and a friendly staff. Excellent location close to everything in Cannobio, yet peaceful.
  : The beds and pillows were a bit too firm for our backs but this is always a personal preference - we managed:)

  : Excellent bedding in a good size room, quite large bathroom with good shower, nice little balcony.

  : Great location in cosy Cannobio, friendly hosts, new hotel
  : Beds were not so comfortable. We would have also appreciated more flexibility with the booking. There were extreme weather conditions (rainfall) while we were there but no possibility to change or delay our stay. This made us feel a bit trapped in Cannobio.

  : Poor coffee facilities in bedroom. 2 small packets of coffee powder. Couldn't plug kettle into wall . Balcony wasn't private , lots of smoke from next door guests, no privacy.

  : The beds were too hard. The breakfast was nothing special at all. The owner (or boss) was very unfriendly when I complained about the AC not working at 20:30 in the evening. She said she didnt mind if I wrote a bad review but would not give a price reduction for listing AC on booking.com and then not providing it. She told us theres a law about the heating going on on the 15th of Sept in Italy which was a lie since we stayed in another hotel 2 days ago with AC in Italy. It was boiling hot in the room, no mosquito nets on the windows so just incredibly uncomfortable night in a sweltering room with no ventilation. Unfortunately, one could also hear between the rooms even though I asked for a quiet room, which we didnt get as she had read wrongly that I wanted a lake view? Unfortunately, I don't believe the plumber arrived and that didn't really affect us since we had one night there and I don't know where 11 o'clock came from, my whatsapp shows I sent the message at 20:31.
