  : Night receptionist on 23.08 is very unpleasant and unprofessional they treat us like criminals ! We also lost money on automatic drink machines as we paid several times with credit card but never got chocolates out of machine. They pulled our money and when we reported to night receptionist staff, he told us that he dont care and he advised us to call the police. Extremely unfair and unpleasant person! Dont ever use credit card in this hotel! Breakfast was disgusting with expired date ham and already yellow coloured cheese! That is all they have! Coffee is just coloured water with no taste for 2.5 eur! Room is like 6 m2 feeling like in jail with one small window. This is the worst IBIS hotel I ever stayed! They should return the license!
