  : Apartment was OK, done a job as was attending a conference. It was always freezing and we needed to keep the heaters on all the time. The issues arose with the pick up of the keys, as Novotel had the incorrect address on the vouchers, meaning we were in the wrong place. Also, the out of hours number was a call centre in another country and could not answer any of the questions we had. Then, there was no way to identify which apartment we had booked, as there were no number or names on the booking that matched with the apartment. Again, the telephone number was no use as that team didn't now. Luckily we found a person leaving their apartment that knew which one it was.
