: we got what we paid for, the view was as you see in the pictures, it was clean, spacious and has all the basic amenities you need. it is walking distance to the main road and so bus stops.
: I didnt particularly dislike it about the property but it is on a steep hill, so you have to walk up the steep hill from getting a bus back if thats how youll be transporting to Funchal.

: Ocean view, very good washing machine, parking in the basement. There is a also a trash can in the basement, low street traffic.
: We chose the apartment because it was declared the presence of a washing machine and dishwasher. Unfortunately there was no dishwasher. In general, the apartments are not bad, but there are moments that the owners, unfortunately, cannot influence. 1) One of the neighbors has a dog barking very often 2) One of the neighbors constantly smokes and the smoke goes into the room. If you are not a smoker, it might be a serious issue.
