: The views from the hotel are incredible. Many thanks for the early check-in time, it help us a lot. The hotel keepers are very friendly and helpful. Dinner is high class, very good. Very good breakfast.
: The room smelled maybe a little too much of a cleaning product. Otherwise, the room was really lovely.

: I've spent 4 nights with my partner and for the most part I have enjoyed it a lot: the refuge is very pretty, sourrounded by stunning mountains and forests, they keep it incredibly clean and tidy, the food they cook is the best I've had during the trip.
: The refuge is run by a family. They were all kind but quite cold with us and I don't fully understand why.At check out nobody said things like: "how was your stay?", "safe travels!". They barely said bye. We bumped into the owner while we were carrying our luggages and he said nothing. We felt a bit invisible or not welcomed.The rooms are very cute, a bit tiny for the price but clean and comfortable. The lounge area is small so not ideal to chill indoor if you don't want to stay in your room. But it's a refuge so we didn't expect lots of comforts anyways.I am sorry I left with this unpleasant feeling of not being welcomed because I really liked Monti Pallidi and I believe they are doing a great job, I just hope they can put more warmth in what they do :)

: Everything more than fine!! Great location, obviously! Very good kitchen, the restaurant offered tasty menu and very rich breakfast! Clean overall..Definitely nice staff..
: Too much expensive in my opinion, compared to the area around and similar places Ive been.. but in the end if they have demand for it, how could I blame them or complain..Bad wifi connection from my room.. do not know if could be easy to improve it, given the position in the middle of nowhere..

: Breakfast was excellent! Dinner was also delicious. Many modern amenities, like heated towel rack. Very clean room. Wonderful views off balcony
: Bed was uncomfortable - two twin mattresses pushed together to make a double bed, leaving a seam in the middle. Carpets in hallways need to be replaced. Staff could have been friendlier.
