  : The first thing I need to mention is the staff. JS Sol, you have an astonishing team of people. They are always there for you, always smiling and always ready to help.I hope that you are doing everything you can to hold on to them.The hotel is located in a great location. It is really close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stop. The rooms are a little dated, but everything is functional. You will have a good variety of food, but the quality could be improved.
  : - Rooms need better sound isolation. Chairs on the balcony need padding on their feet so that they are not screeching on the ceramic tiles. The sound is awful and people are constantly moving their chairs.You can also hear everything from the hallways.- The queen bed has two separate mattresses, which is usually not a problem, but this bed doesn't have side panels which causes the mattresses to slide constantly and move by even the slightest movement.- By far the worst thing is INTERNET SPEED.. Hotel has a good coverage, but the speed is atrocious. The best I got was 1Mbps, but usually it was less than that. This is completely unacceptable in today's times.

  : The hotel lobby was pleasent, the personal very friendly!The room we stayed at was a bit oudated, but the bed was very confortable! Although the hotel is central, it was quiet.

  : Arrived early hours of morning and a cold supper had been prepared for us .. was a very welcome and appreciated surprise. Clean property really comfortable bed with lovely pillows. Nice shower.In good location
  : Balcony light on timer and off at 22.00 with no way to turn it back on so could not sit and read a book on balcony at night .. annoying. Could be made better with coffee and tea making facilities in room. I had read a reply to another poster that a kettle could be available if they had requested one but I had asked at reception and was told they didnt have them.

  : The location is perfect. The hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly and professional.
  : The door cards were a little unreliable.
