: The staff was great, they were very kind and available for everything. Also the structure was very well maintained.
: The food was kind of bad, not all but some dishes were surprisingly bad.My personal opinion is that the chef was able to cook meat and fish. But for the other things like rise, pasta ecc. The meal had always a problem like to salty or tasteless, over cooked. (Only an example)

: Nice room and great facilities. Well outside the center of town but excellent shuttle to the ski lift meant it didnt matter. Pool too small to be any use but great sauna and steam room. Food outstanding

: We got half board package, breakfast and dinner included. Both meal have plenty of food options. The hotel wellness center is really good (swimming pool with jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath etc). The hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski lift in Campitello otherwise you would have to walk downhill too much to get there. The staff has been really nice throughout the week.
: Breakfast opens at 7.30am, which is a tight if you want be the first to ski in the day without having to swallow your food. I would suggest opening at 7am or 7.15am to give more time to eat and be ready to take the shuttle bus to the lift.
