Casa Saramago

Casa Saramago is a quaint property located in Monsaraz a medieval village classified as a National Monument. The house features an outdoor swimming pool and a garden and is located a 30-minute drive from the border to neighbouring Spain. It is a 55-minute drive to Évora and its ancient walls Roman Temple and the famous Bone Chapel a chapel with its inside completely coated in human bones.

Every July there is a city-wide festival called “Monsaraz Museu Aberto” where the local culture is on display including cuisine crafts music and theatre. The Casa Saramago is located a 75-minute drive to the Beja Airport and a 2-hour drive to the Lisbon International Airport.
