  : My family and I (mother, father and two girls aged 14 and 17) had booked an apartment where we were to stay for a week. We arrived at a small apartment where there was a double bed and a sofa bed which corresponded to a single sofa bed. Our girls had to sleep there for a week in an apartment without air conditioning. We were then offered a new apartment the next day, where the girls could get a room with a bed in which there was also air conditioning. We then had to pay 250 euros more for the room and the air conditioning was also for additional payment. When we decide that we want to travel further and not stay there, as it does not meet our needs for an ok place to sleep - we are told by the daughter of the landlord that if we leave immediately we have to pay in full price for the whole week but if we stay overnight we can get a refund of 50% of the amount paid. To our ears it sounds strange, and contact Booking.com and get confirmation that if we stay overnight we have to pay the full price. We tell the owner that we want to leave immediately and he starts shouting and screaming and involving the other guests in the place about our decision. The situation becomes quite unpleasant and we drive away quite shaken. The place cannot be recommended to others.
