  : Clean, spacious room
  : Chaotic, understaffed reception for check-in. Fire alarm went off at 7am and stopped just after everyone got into the hallway, no sign of any staff and explanation to guests.

  : The hotel itself was great. Good rooms, good breakfast and kind staff.
  : It was quite far from restaurants by foot (30+ minutes). Not very far by uber, so if you stay here just book an uber ride if you want to go out.

  : It is easy to get to and has very good parking. It was in a quiet location. I liked that they are trying to cater for people with gluten intolerance more. We liked the service from the staff, especially when we reported our air con not working and a few minor issues with the room.
  : Re gluten free station. It’s a good start. What would add to the experience is:For allergy and coeliac people: access to individual condiment pots, yoghurt pots etc. Other customers don’t understand so it would need bringing out on an individual basis. The GF toaster needs a big label on it stating GLUTEN FREE USE ONLY. My experience is that a customer had left a dirty plate on the GF corner, full of gluten crumbs. People were using the separate allergy cutlery section for general purpose. I also could not use the shared jams (putting paper on the top was good but not enough to avoid cross contamination. )
