  : The apartment was lovely and clean, and its an excellent location, walking distance into the centre and few minutes from the train station. I was happy to see the apartment looked exactly as the pictures portrayed online. It was well equipped with everything I needed. Will definitely look to book here again when I next visit Cambridge.
  : They only thing I think the apartment lacked was an information leaflet or note on how the electricals worked in the apartment. Only one heater in the living came on when switched on and couldnt get the others to turn on. Also the ginormous red gnome needs to go!

  : Hot water cut off for half the day and was not able to turn it back on. Found lube and a used face mask under the bed. Cutlery was also dirty. Walls had a crack and a few stains.

  : great location, good bed linen, towels , comfortable bed and good shower
  : The host never sent us the key safe, when I called they ignored and sent a message said text! I did and they told me to read instructions with lots of exclamation marks! several rude texts, it would have been much easier to just text the 4 digit code! we only had emails that told us to put the bin out, and other bits no email with key safe. We had asked to check in at 1pm,( the advert says if no one is departing this is possible) they said we will contact you when its ready but we never heard, I turned up at 2.45. along with the rude texts they then said you are one and half hours early! I never had access to wifi ,the code under the router didnt work, reported this 5 times over the two days and no help from the owner he just replied saying use the code under the router and instructions are on the router, when we said they werent he said send a photo of the router which we did and never heard back! I needed to work and as I live abroad had no data access! this was a major problem The outside garden was a disgrace, long grass. filthy old wooden table and an old plastic chair with water and mud on, another glass table again filthy and old chairs thrown on the floor by the shed. I was unable to sit out in the sunshine with a cup of tea. The washer was full of previous guests linen and towels. The ironing board had no cover just metal frame so couldnt be used. All the above was reported and no response. a lovely property in a perfect location but no hosting or help or wifi meant I would not stay there again

  : Very clean. Close to train and easy to access downtown Cambridge. Nice neighborhood. The shower and bathroom were our favorite part! Host was responsive.
  : There was just no room to put your luggage because the apartment was filled up. Every space had some kind of relic like a big gnome or a small unnecessary table. We were a max size group of 4 (wouldn't recommend for 4 but we were desperate to find something in the area) but even for a group of 2, I didn't see any place upstairs where you could put luggage. Even the closet didn't have a place to put luggage. That made it hard to be truly comfortable.
