  : Very well equipped apartment. Handy location a mile or so from the city. A good pub across the road, coop store a couple of minutes away and bus stops just outside with services to the city every 10 minutes. Comfortable bed, excellent kitchen. TV in lounge area and another in the bedroom with a dvd player. Our ground floor apartment had a private terrace and seating area.

  : The representative that met us at the property was friendly and knowledgeable. The decor was done to a very high standard and the apartment was clean & tidy. The location was great too, with a coop just round the corner, pub across the road and plenty of takeaways on the same street. We walked into the city centre on Saturday and it was a good distance there & back! All in all, a fab place to stay!

  : Lovely and clean very comfortable
  : Problems with hot water resulting with having no shower on first day. We where on a tight schedule up early no shower bad start to the day. Customer service was easy to find but not very forthcoming with any apology. When we returned after a long day we had hot water but very noisy.

  : Great location for visiting the city and surrounding attractions. Bus stop right outside with bus to the city centre every 20 minutes. Co op shop a couple of doors away. Comfortable apartment light and spacious.
  : The place was let down by the plumbing which made a horrendous noise when you turned taps or shower on or flushed the toilet. This meant you felt you couldn't stand in the shower and relax but needed to be in and out as quick as possible. We reported it straight away and were told it would be passed to maintenance but it was still as bad when we left.Also it would have been nice to be told at booking that if you want air conditioning its 66 extra. We didnt discover this until day 2 of our 4 day stay, not that we would have paid it as you shouldn't need to pay extra for air con. Fortunately we'd taken our own fan.

  : Apartment was well kitted out (cutlery, plates, cooking equipment etc). Comfortable lounge, good bathroom. Very handy for bus routes into town.
  : Bedroom at front or property, about 100 feet from busy main road. We did sleep at night, but no chance of a lie-in in the morning. Boiler issues - no hot water when we arrived, and lost hot water again once later in week. To be fair, Citistay put the issue right very promptly each time, and did get a plumber to come and fix the issue properly towards the end of our stay, but we did end up having to keep one eye on the boiler through most of the week.

  : Great location. it's easy to get a bus into Cambridge. Staff were very attentive, and when we asked for things, they were there within 15 mins.The welcome pack was a lovely surprise.As we hired a car, it was great to have parking in the grounds of the apartment.
