  : Everything was clean, bed was very comfortable, temperature of the room was perfect (because I could control it!). Overall a great stay, especially for the money.
  : The yogurt was a good option, but for those who like mostly protein for breakfast, even boiled eggs would have been good. Just more options would have been nice.

  : Bed was comfortable. Linens were clean. TV and programming was fine. Shower/bathroom was adequate with exceptions.
  : AC/fan unit worked fine but room temp was difficult to get just right. 74-76 degrees was difficult for unit to maintain. Was either chilly or stuffy. Furniture was dated and worn. Chair fabric seat was stained. Carpet was stained and needs replaced. Fridge temp control knob missing but did work. Only two very narrow and short shelves in shower to place soap and any other items. Tub should be replaced with walk-in shower. Tubs are a thing of the past for a hotel. Only gave one 1" x 1.5" bar of soap - really? Website info says "Hot b/f", part of the reason I chose this property. Went to cafe 30 mins before end time. Only thing hot was a small amount of sausage gravy and had to scrape the pot to get that. Everything else was continental items. OJ had a sign on it apologizing that it was not available. Asked the attendant about any eggs or bacon and she said "Oh no, we're complimentary. We're not allowed to have any of that." I was an exec in the hotel biz for 15 years and while I admit it was a lifetime ago I expected more from a Microtel. They had 6 awards displayed across the check-in desk. Next time (and I'm originally from the area) I'll stay at an economy hotel and go to McD's.

  : We were put in a handicap room which was not what was booked. Mirrors were very dirty. Not much food for the Breakfast .

  : Staff were pleasant and friendly.
  : Room door was open upon arrival, carpeting was badly stained, rear entry door lock from parking lot was broken, anyone could enter without a key. "Breakfast" was a disaster: Coffee machine was out of action, "gravy" for biscuits and gravy was ice cold, (new) staff had not been trained to deal with these issues.
