  : Nice little inexpensive stop over place. It is what it is. Somewhere to rest your head for a night. Nice pub down the road or takeaway chinky and pizza next door. Little breakfast cafe if the provided stuff isn't enough for you.
  : You can't help the human elements. It's a very quiet, safe feeling area but people can be selfish and dim. You will hear everything in the place and because it's not manned nobody is around to say "keep it down please". Maybe a bloody big sign in the dining room would help? I had a really disturbed sleep due to drunk morons coming in at midnight and deciding to converse for an hour at the top of their voices, plus setting off the automated lights every 2 minutes outside. You can't climb one stair without it creaking. That however is not the fault of the owners and was bad luck. It is a very well run clean and tidy safe stop over with plenty nearby.

  : After a break of 5 years or so, very pleased to find the room and cleanliness up to previous standards.Previous option of cooked breakfast at nearby cafe no longer available but plentiful supplies in communal kitchen for a generous continental style breakfast.
  : Room 5 digital TV signal poor for BBC 1 & 2. No cooking tray available for using mini "Tower" oven/grill ( Did check every available cupboard and drawer.) Didn't find any foil which could have been used to cover shelf.

  : Extremely clean, comfy bed, fresh and soft sheets, great kitchen / dining area, car parking spaces and safe lit car park just a few doors down. Auto lighting on the walkways, great bathroom, coffee facility in room, USB sockets for phone charging. Park and woodland for dog walking just round the corner . Nice easy breakfast , fresh milk in the fridge and a lovely fruit bowl. Loved having a pin code rather than a key/card. Totally soundproof and I slept like a log even being on a flight path and road
  : Nothing. The TV remote needed new batteries but not a dislike.

  : I like a shower and that was good. Also liked the choice in the dining area - only wanted toast the day I left
  : nothing - even though I am 78 and live in a bungalow I had no problem with the stairs
