  : We were 30min early arriving but our welcome didn't feel good. We registered given the keys shown to the room and told dinner and breakfast times that was it. No info on the property wifi connections. We were asked the day before if we wanted dinner which we accepted. Just as well as the property is very remote and the road into it requires concenrtration being in a very bad state. The dinner was good as a set menu. I get it that there is sometimes a language barrier but just had the feeling there was something wrong.The pool was great and a good way to feel refreshed on a very hot day.

  : The location, the accommodation and the pool. The pool was exceptional and we had it to ourselves. Breakfast was basic but adequate.
  : Getting to the location. We drive a SUV - but it was still a very difficult drive down a steep and very uneven road. I wouldn't want to do this in a standard saloon or a car with low clearance.

  : Accommodation in an extra charming location! The family was extremely warm and their dinners exceptional. We had dinner with our family on two evenings and enjoyed very much both - the food was extra tasty. Dinner consisted of 3 courses, different local dishes both nights. The pool area was very nice and the pool was clean.

  : The views from this location are truly spectacular, and the peace and quiet are just what is needed to relax. The food we had for dinner was delicious when the chef cooked it, and the hostess did. The staff were welcoming and set up a lovely fire to keep us warm in the sitting room.
  : The last 2km leading to this agriturismo are genuinely horrendous, though I doubt the owners can do anything about it. We also had no hot water one morning due to the boiler tripping which was unfortunate.

  : We had dinner on site every day because the roads were too dangerous to drive out at night. The dinners were good, and the restaurant staff were excellent; they went out of their way to attend to our needs.
  : Unfortunately, quite a few things did not meet our expectations. The road leading to the hotel is a disaster. I am a regular visitor to Sicily and have seen many bad roads, but this one is by far the worst Ive seen. We always made sure to return before dark as using the road at night is too dangerous. Our room wasnt cleaned well before check-in. We found a layer of dust on the floors and surfaces when we checked in. The linen and towels were never changed during a 4-night stay, and the general level of cleanliness in the rooms and common areas is lacking. The choice of breakfast was quite limited. We were only given one set of keys to the room, and when we asked for a second set, the staff said they could not find the second set. This was quite inconvenient since we were travelling as a family and at times needed to access the rooms at different times to each other. The place is in a general state of disrepair. Just outside our room was a broken fountain with stale green water, a breeding ground for mosquitos. We also had a few issues with stuff working in our room. The air conditioning started leaking on the third night. Since we could not sleep without the AC, as it was too hot, the only solution was to move the bed so that the leaking water did not end up on the bed and place a towel on the floor to absorb the leaking.
