  : The villa had a fabulous large private pool, and 4 good sized bedrooms. Large open plan living /dining room was great, as was the outdoor veranda seating area. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was also a very useful outdoor kitchen by the barbecue with a second fridge for poolside drinks! The villa has great views, and there is a pretty little beach about 15 mins walk down a steep hill. Good wifi - although it does not reach the pool area which was a shame for our teenagers!
  : Two of the bedrooms did not have aircon - which was not disclosed on any of the text about the property. Luckily when we stayed, the max temperature was around 31 degrees , and it was ok as they were on the slightly cooler side of the house. However, if it had been much hotter this would have been a problem. The two bathrooms and the kitchen were a little dated. The location had great views all round, but you really need a car when staying here - as it was a very hilly 45 mins to walk to the centre of Calpe and the main beaches. There are no restaurants within walking distance, except one very expensive hotel.
