  : Large villa, suitable for a range of ages and differing needs. Lots of space, inside and out. Good pool and terrace and different options for sitting outside and in. Well stocked kitchen. Spacious bedrooms and adequate number of shower rooms and toilets. Off street parking. The rental team was very responsive and provided for most repairs and additional requirements quickly.We had a lovely stay in a great villa, close enough to all the local amenities without need of a car and with an excellent local supermarket on our doorstep.
  : No walkthrough or orientation to the villa, as the keys are picked up and returned through the office. Not enough keys for a large group coming and going at different times; we were offered one and one car gate fob and asked for a second but really needed three for safety/fire exit and, ideally, five or six for each family group to have one each.Only eight sun loungers for a villa that can accommodate up to 17 people.Not enough shade by the outdoor dining area, kitchen and pool terrace, especially in the morning. Only one moveable sun shade for the pool area but another was provided on request.Clear cupboard policy meant everything was clean but be aware that you will need to buy everything from salt to dishwasher tablets, as only toilet paper for the first few days and a little welcome pack with a tiny bottle of dish soap and cloths/scourer is provided; no tea towels or kitchen hand towels are provided with the linen.The requirement to leave the cupboards empty means we had to throw out a lot of useable things as we could not find a food bank or charity group we could donate them to. The same applies to inflatables too big to bring home.The welcome beachbag, dessert wine, cookbook and gift for the children was very nice but an offer of a welcome pack of water and basic foodstuffs, even at a cost, would have been great to see us through arrival.The aircon, at additional cost, is essential in summer but there is no unit in any of the communal areas - only the bedrooms. We didn't really use the inside dining area because of this, as it got very warm when we gathered there.The overhead lights, in and out, in the shared areas are jarringly bright. A few lamps or lower level lights, especially in the lounge, would have been useful.

  : Cool, super clean and spacious.The pool is fantastic. I was worried that the The official photos were exaggerated and it wouldn’t be as nice as it looked, but they do not do the place justice, it is even more beautiful in real life.
