Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 25 per person per stay when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the opening times for key collection:
- From 1 April to 31 October: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. Saturday from 10:00 to 19:00.
- From 1 November to 31 March: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00.

Please contact the property in advance if you plan to arrive outside above times.

Please note the following services carry a surcharge:
- High chair: EUR 25 per week
- Electric fan: EUR 10 per week
